Adam Schucher is the principal of the Schucher Law Firm, PL. With more than 16 years of experience in the trusts and estates arena, Adam can guide you through the legal issues before you. Adam earned his Juris Doctorate (with high honors) from the University of Florida College of Law. In addition, Adam received an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from the prestigious Graduate Tax Program at the University of Florida College of Law.
Adam has been in practice since 2000 and is licensed in Texas and Florida. Over the course of his career, Adam has worked at large national law firms and in small boutique practices, counseling clients of all shapes and sizes. Adam is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and has been active in various community organizations, including the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Adam has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami for the last 9 years and is serving as Council President for the 2016/2017 season.
When Adam is not working to address his clients’ legal concerns, you can find him spending time with his loving wife, Michelle, and two children, Dylan and Jonah.
